Robert Sauder

Senior Adviser, Research

Robert Sauder is a contract professor at the Norman Paterson School of International Affairs, Carleton University. He has been active in the fields of policy development and education for most of his career. His experience in international development began with two years teaching in Zimbabwe, Africa. He subsequently went on to do his MA and PhD in education at the University of Ottawa. He was the director of development research at CIDA (now Global Affairs Canada). His main areas of interest include development policy, educational reform, and innovation.
